Boat Restoration Plans and Pricing
Our classic and wood boat restoration cost estimates require time and expertise. We pack a lot of value into our estimates, whether they are for a small project or a large one that includes a restoration plan (consultation service). Here’s our approach based on project size!
Larger Projects
For larger boat repair and restoration projects, Seefeld Boatworks recommends a full restoration plan process. This is a consultation service that results in both an estimate and a plan for completing your project. This is a roadmap that both our team and you can follow.
The process starts with an in-person meeting so we can review the condition of your boat and talk about your goals. We’ll provide some initial consultation on the spot, then write up our recommendations paired with an estimate.
We charge for these boat restoration plans and waive that cost if you choose to continue with our team to complete the project.
Smaller Projects
Our approach to smaller boat repair cost estimates is usually less intensive than it is for large-scale restorations. We ask to look at the boat in person to provide a detailed quote and recommendations. In some scenarios, we may be able to provide an initial ballpark estimate based on pictures or video.
Get an Estimate or Plan
The best way to determine the cost of your wood boat restoration project is to have a conversation with us! First we’ll talk about the broad scope of your project, and then we’ll coordinate the full estimation process.
We can travel for this process; you don’t have to be in Michigan. Additionally, there’s no need to worry if you don’t know everything about your boat’s current condition or needs. We’ll work it all out!
